AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYIVIN T OF SEh1I- ANNUAL INTEREST
ON CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS; LIBRARY
ANNEX BONDS; AND NEGRO RECREATION PARK BONDS, ISSUES OF FEBRUARY
1ST, 1937; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKAN SAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Municipal Auditorium Bond Fund the sum of Eight Thousand Seven
Hundred and Sixty -one and 95 /100 ($5,761.85) Dollars for the
following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due and
payable at the office of The Chase National Bank of New York
City on February lat., 1943 :
Semi- annual interest at 4% per annum
on $437,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Nos. 32 to 465, inclusive (Coupons Nos. 12)...$8,740.00
Commission for paying coupons due February

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the
F Llbrary Amex-Bond Fund the sum of Four Hundred and Fifteen
and N0 1100 ($415.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness
of the City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of
The Chase National Bank of New York City on February 1st, 1943:
Semi- annual interest at 4% per annum
on $20,500.00 outstanding bonds
(Coupons No. 12 ).. ............................ x$410.00
Fee for paying coupons due February 1, 1943... 5.00

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Negro mark Bond Fund the sum of Two Hundred and forty -five and
" inn 100 ($245.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the
City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of The Chase
National Bank of New York City on February la t, 1943:
Semi- annual interest at 4% per annum on
$12,000.00 outstanding bonds ( Coupons No. 12) .. $240.00
Fee for paying coupons due February 1, 1943.... .0 . 000

SECTION 4. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock are hereby authorized to issue the City Is warrants
for the amounts and on the funds of the City herein recited;

and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrange-
ments as are necessary for the transmittal of these funds to
the Chase National Bank of New Yor$ City to meet the due date
of February 1st, 19+3 of said semi- annual interest and peying
agents f ees.
