ORDINANCE N0._ 6522
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE SALE OF A MOTORCYCLE IN THE LITTLE ROCK
POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Dan Jenkins has offered to buy one Harley -
Davidson motorcycle, Motor No. 34VLD2386, formerly used by
the Police Department, for the sum of $100.00 and, NOW THEREFORE,
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The oft6r of Dan Jenkins for the sale of the
above described motorcycle is hereby accepted and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby directed to give to the purchaser
any adequate instrument of conveyance which he may desire for
same and to deliver possession of same an payment by Dan
Jenkins of $100.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
