AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO GRANT
A RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT TO THE DEFENSE PLANT CORPORATION
ACROSS ALL OR PART OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 IN BLOCK 20 AND LOT 12
IN BLOCK 21, FACTORIA, THIRD ADDITION TO 2HE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Mayor and'City Clerk are authorized and
direoted' to exeoute on behalf' of the City of Little Rod an
instrument granting an easement and right of way to the--,Defense
r
Plant Corporation across the following lands,located in Pulaski
County, Arkansasf L.
(1) Lots 1, 2, and the North 5 feet of Lot 3, Bloc% 20;
and Lot 12, Block 21, all in Factoria, Third Addition to the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2• This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
