AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE SENIOR MILK INSPECTOR
IN THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. The salary of the Senior Milk Inspector'
of,the Little Reek Health Department is hereby fixed
at $185900 per month, payable as other salaries in the
City of Little Rook are paid.
SECTION 2. The clarification of the classifications
under the Civil Service Commission and the salaries paid
to said positions being essential to the conduct of the i
citkle affairs and being vital to the public peaoe, health
and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
