AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, TO ACCEPT ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this ordinance

the City of Little Rock and 'to receive remuneration therefor
