AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $300.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, IN.SETTLEMENT OF CERTAIN
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK OF VIOLET LINDSEY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Fund of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, the sum. of $300.00
to be paid to Violet Lindsey; and the mayor and city olerk
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the warrant of
the City to the payee named in the above amount drawn on the
fund indicated.
SECTION 2. Said sum of $300.00 shall be paid to the said
Violet Lindsey when and after and on condition that she
execute a full and complete release of any and all claims
that she may now possess against the City of Little Rook
or arising in connection with an automobile accident between
her oar and a fire truck of the City of Little Rook, said
accident occurring at or near 3rd and Broadway, Little Rook,
Arkansas, on or about March 4, 19439
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
