AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF MATURING PRINCIPAL, SEMI- ANNUAL
INTERS 6T AND Sr:RVICE CHARGES ON MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS, LIBRARY ANNEX
BONDS, AND NEGRO RECREATION PARK BONDS, ISSUES OF F&BRUARY 16T, 1937;
W4,KING APPROPRIATIUN5 THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Auditorium
Bond Fund the sum of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -two and
85 /100 ($19,772.85) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the City of
Little Rock due and payable at the office of the Chase National Bank ci:
New York City on August 1st, 1943:
Maturing Principal, Municipal Auditorium Bonds ...... 011,000.00
Semi - annual interest . ............................... 81740.00
Paying Agent's Charges on principal... .............. 11.00
Paying Agents Charges on interest. ................. 21.85
419,772.85
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the Library
Annex Bond Fund the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen and 50 /100
01,916.50) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the City of Little
Rock due and payable at the office of the Chase National Bank on August
1st, 1943:
Maturing Principal, Library Annex bonds ..............41,500.00
Semi - annual interest.. .......... ..................... 410.00
Paying Agent's Charges on principal. ................. 1.�_10
Paying Agent's Charges on interest. .................. 5.00

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the Negro Park
Bond Fund the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Forty -six and No /100
(41,246.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the City of Little
Rock due and payable at the office of the Chase Nation,.a Bank on August
1st, 1943:
Maturing Principal, Negro Park Bonds* ................ 41,000.00
Semi - annual interest.. .. ............................. 240.00
Paying Agent's Charges on Principal.... .............. 1.00
Paying Agent's Charges on interest... ................ 5.00

SECTION 4. The Uayor and City Clerk of the City of Little Rock
are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants for the amounts and on
the funds of the City herein recited; and the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the transmittal of
these funds to the Chase National rank of New York City to meet the due
date of August 1st, 1943 of said maturing principal, semi - annual interest
and paying agent's fees.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
