AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR REPAIRS TO ROOFS OF BUILDINGS AT
CITY ASPHALT PLANT AND AT FAIR PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
-m Section 1. The poard of Public Affairs hereby authorized and
irected to advertise for and accept bids for the repairs of roof on the Cityw
Asphalt Plant, at a cost not to exceed the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($150.00); also for the repairs of roofs on the Cat House and Bird House in
Fair Park, at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).
Section 2. The aforesaid buildings being in need of immediate
repairs, an emergency is declared and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
