BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;

and directed to advertise for bids'for and make purchase of,
in the manner provided by law, an ap- propriate neon or an illuminated
sign for Adams Field of a 'design to be approved by the Board of

Public Affairs, said sign to be suitable to identify the field

to persons arriving by plane at the Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
