AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE NORTE-SOUTH
ALLEY IN BLOCK 5, POPE'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTMM PWPOSMS
Nff , pursuant to a Resolgtion of the Little Rock City Coun-
oil, Yadopted and approved on the 3rd .day of January, 1944 the Cif
414i-k has caused to be published, for the time and in the manner
prescribed by Act 311 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the
State of Arkansas of 19-41, notice of hearing on a petition thereto-
fore filed with the City Council,. praying that the North•+South alley
in Block 5, Pope *s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansaa, be
abandoned as an alley, and
WHEMAS, at the hearing on said petition, held on the date and
at the time named in said notice, it has been found that said alley
should be abandoned and that all abutting property owners, as shown
by the Deed Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and other persons

BS IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
Section 1, The North -South alley in Block 5, Pope's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby abandoned as an
alley; and the owners of the real estate adjacent thereto shall
henceforth take title to the middle thereof, free from the former
` easement of the City of Little Rook therein for public use as an
alley.
