OF SAID ITEMS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ti.E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Auditorium
Construction Fund the balance there remaining of $2,155.54 to apply as
payment on items of expense in connection with the construction and
equipping of the Iunicipal Auditorium, said items of expense :having been
incurred and paid by the Little Rock Auditorium Commission at various
times from June 23, 1941, to October 5, 1943, according to the records
of said Little Roch Auditorium Commission, in the amounts and for pur-
poses as follows:

Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to

issue a warrant drawn upon the Auditorium Construction Fund for the
balance remaining; therein of $2,159-84, payable to the Little Rock
Auditorium Commission as reimbursement for moneys advanced in payment
of said items to the extent of said sum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force from anl a. fter its
passage.
