AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($900.00) OUT OF
THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS IN PAYMENT
OF THE ANNUAL DUES TO THE ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE= DECLARING AN
'EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The "sum of nine hundred dollars ($900.00
< obiata� out. -of the 'General Funds of the' 0-
Little Rock, Arkansas in payment of,the current annual dues of
the City of Little Rook to the Arkansas Municipal League; and-
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
issue the warrant of the City drawn on the Fund named, payable
to the Arkansas Municipal League in payment of said dues.
SECTION 2. Because maintenance of membership in the Arkansas
Munioipal League is highly beneficial to the City of Little Rook,
Arkansas, and because payment of dues to the League is a pre-
requisite to the maintenance of said membership, an emergenoy is
