AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO PURCHASE A STEAM BOILER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
. -4iree ed to advertise and take bids for and make pvaiw
chase in the manner provided by law of a steam boiler of the
following description:
1 - horizontal steam boiler, 150 pound pressure,
more or less, with proper certificate of
inspection, and of suitable horsepower to
efficiently operate the City's asphalt plant.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
PASSED: February 21, 1944.
