AN ORDINANCE LEVYING THE REMAINING UNL$VIED 10,% OF THE ASSESS-
MENT OF BENEFITS AGAINST THB SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS and PARCELS
OF LAND WITHIN STORM SEAR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #483 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS.
SEAS, Storm Sewer Improvement District x483 of the City
of Little Rock was organized in the year 1928 at , which time by
Ordinance iF42 71 of the Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
90 % of the Assessment of Benefits was levied on each of the lots,
blocks and parcels of land within said district, payable at the rate
of 6% per annum annually on or before the lot day of April of each
of the years 1928 to 1942, inclusive; and
AREAS, bonds aggregating $4,000.00 with interest from
January 1, 1940 remain past due ana unpaid and there is not,sufficiont
money in the treasury of said district with which to pay said indebt-
edness;
THEREFORE 'q BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City.
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. That there be levied against the several lots, blocks
and parcels of real estate in said district the remaining unlevi$d.�
16% of said assessment of benefits and that said levy- shall be paid -
in two annual installments of 5% each payable on or before the -First:.
day of April of each year for the years 1944 and 1945, inclusive;
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and this - ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
