AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO AV7ERTISEFOR
BIDS FOR THE PURCH�iSE OF GASOLINE, KEROSENE, GREASES AND OILS, TIRES
AND TUBES FOR SECOND QUARTER OF 1944,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION #1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise for and accept bids for the purchse of gasoline,
kerosene, greases, oils, tires and tubes for second quarter oY 1944.
SECTION #2. This ordinance being necessary for the proper func-
tioning of the City Government, an emergency is hereby deelaredand this
ordinance shall be in full force And effect from and after its passage
and approval.
