AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUYING VACCM SERUM
FOR THE LITTLE ROCS POUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise and accept bids

Little Rook City Pound for a period beginning March lst,
1944 to March lst, 1945.
SECTION 2. This ordinance being necessary, for the
preservation of health, peace and safety of the citizens
of Little Rook, an emergency is hereby declared and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
it's passage and approval.
