TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE REMODELING OF THE ADMINISTRATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION lo The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized

as *fretted to advertise for bids for the romodelini'of'the
Administration Building at Adams Field in accordance with the
plans and specifications prepared by Tom Harding, Sr:; but the
Board of Public Affairs is further directed not to make any
contract for such remodeling.
SECTION 2* Because the efficient administration of the
...,.Municipal Airport required that the Administration Building
be remodeled; and because this work should be done with the
ut#**t expedition, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordinance, being necessary for the preservation of the
