BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEiE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; SECTION 1. That the sum of $20,115.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Fund of the City of °. * for the.. payer t. ©Y the- f01,3ev;ng Xidebtednesa payable at the Chase National Bank, New York City; Interest Coupons No. 37 due May 1, 1944,for semi- annual interest on Funding Bonds Nos. 1125 to 1910, inclusive, dated May 1, 1925 , amount $17,685-00 ( total principal being $786,000.00); Interest Coupons No. 17 due May 1, 1944,for semi - annual interest on Refunding Bonds Nos. 1 to 66, inclusive, dated November 1, 1935, amounf $742.50 (total principal being $33,000.00); Interest Coupons No. 11 due may 1, 1944,for semi - annual interest on Refunding Bonds Nos. 1 to 75, inclusive, dated November 1, 1938, amount $1,687.50 (total principal being $75,000.00). SECTION 2. That the sum of $50.29 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the. Bond and Interest Fund of the City of Little Rock for the payment of the following charges due the Chase National Bank as paying agent's fees in connection with the payment of the aforesaid semi - annual interest coupons; Commission for paying coupons due May 1, 1944, 1/4 of 1% of $20,115.00, ......................................... $50.29. SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants therefor, drawn on the Bond and Interest Fund, for the purposes herein recited; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the transmittal of these fu rd s to the Chase National Bank of New York City c3_t the due date of May 1, 1944 , of said semi - annual interest payments and paying agent's charges.
