AN ORDINANCE CREATING FOUR (4) POSITIONS OF THE RANK OF JUNIOR CAPTAIN
IN THE.LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT TO ASSIST IN DISCHARGING THE DUTIES
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE PREVENTION AND PUBLIC SAFETY IN THE.LITTLE-
ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2687; DECLARING AN SMER_
GBNCY; AND FOB OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Department of Fire Prevention and Public Safety in
the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock has heretofore been

established; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. There are hereby created in the Little Rook Fire
Department, four

of Little Rook is not adequate to discharge the responsibilities }
