AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
MAKE A CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR AND REMODELING Olt THE ADEM4
ISTRATION BUILDING AT THE INNICIPAL AIRPORT, DECLARING AN
GLNW, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized

and direeted to advertize` for bids'for and make a —66"n" tra ®t, in
the manner provided bylaw, for the repair and remodeling of
the Administration building at the municipal airport in accor-
dance with the plans and specifications now prepared for that
purpose by Tom Harding, Sr.
Section 2. Because the repair and remodiliwof the
Administration Building at the municipal airport is necessary
to the maximum usefulness of the airport; and because the
repair and remodeling should be done immediately in order to
utilize the airport to the full, an emergency is declared to
exist, and this ordinance, being necessary for the preservation
of the public peac e, health and safety, shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
