FOR BIDS AND HAKE PURCHASE OF TWO GASOLINE PUMPS FOR CITY FILLING
STATICN.
BE IT ORDIUNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little
Rock is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for and accept
bids for the purchase of two gasoline oumps to be used at the city
filling station at City Garage,
SECTION 2. Due to the worn out condition of gasoline pumps
now in use and the sucdessful operation of city cars depends on
proper service facilities, an emergency is declared and this ordi-
nance shall be in full force and.effect from and after its passage
and approval.
