AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVER-
TISE FOR AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF MOSQUITO OIL FOR
MALARIAL CONTROL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARM79AS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise for, and accept bids for the
purchase of one (1) tank car, approximately 8,000 to 9,000 gal-
f,G oii- -o be used for the
purpose of malarial
control.
SECTION 2. This ordinance being necesigary to preserve
the health, peace, and safety of the citizens of Little Rock,
an emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
