ORDINANCE NO. 6678
AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF PERMIT INVESTIGATOR IN THE
CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE; FIXING THE SALARY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of Permit Investigator in the City
Engineer's Office is hereby created.

section 1 of this Ordinanoe shall be ohoseii by the Civil Service
Commission in the manner provided by law, and shall receive a
salary of One Hundred and Seventy -Five Dollars ( #175.00) per
month, to be paid as other salaries of the City are paid.
SECTION 3. The Permit Investigator mentioned in Section l
of this Ordinance shall have the duty of investigating matters
connected with building permits and compliance with the laws and

ordinances of this City concerning building permits and such other
assoeiated duties as the City Engineer may assign to him.
