AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 564 OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more
than two - thirds in assessed value of the property located within

that an improvement district be established for the purpose
hereinafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the
parties desiring to be heard, an4as ascertained that said
petition was signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value of
the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW,-THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of

the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:

Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, to -wit:
Lots 6 to 10, inclusive, of Block 19, and
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, of Block 20,
All in Mountain Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and
paving, in such a manner and with such materials as the commissioners
to be elected for the said improvement district shall deem-to be
for the best interest of said district, the following part of the
following street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Polk Street from-the South property line of
"Q" Street, sometimes known also as State
Highway No. 10, to the North property line
of 'NP" Street;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from
any agency of the federal or city government be assessed and
charged upon the real property above described, provided the
liability of each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its
assessed benefits.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement
District No. 564; and W. K. OfLeary, J. E. Rhodes and W. B. Sutton

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
