AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 4, 5 and 6, BLOCK 352, 7N. B. ',; ORTHEN IS
SUBDIVISION; LOTS 1 TO 6 INCLUSIVE, (MO TH ONE -HALF) OF BLOCK 255; AND
LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 297 - ALL IN THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AhxENDING ORDINANCE I10 . 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE HOC 1., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 352, ' B. +orthen's
uubdivision; Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, (north One -Half) of Block 255;
and Lots 1, 2 and 3. Block 297 - all in the original City of Little
koc'_k, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as Two - family "C"
District property, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance I7o. 5420, is
hereby re -zoned and reclassified and the sane is hereby declared to be
in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance o. 5420 and the Zoning I:aap thereto
attached and i;zade a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and re- zoning of said Lots 4, 5 and 6, Bock 352,'..-*
?. ':orthen's Subdivision; Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, (North One -Half) of
Block 255; and Lots 1, 2 and 3, :_:lock 297 - all in the original City
of Little Rock, r,,rkansas,- as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I"
Light Industrial District.
SECTIO4Y 3. That the City Council has determined and it is hereby
declared that all the pre - requisites to the passage of this ordinance
have been complied with in connection herewith, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force fron and after its passage and
approval.
