ment of benefits heretofore levied against the real property within aew-
er Improvement District T o . 102, Annex 1, of 4 he City of Little Rock,
Arkansas,
is not sufficient
to pay the
outstanding
bonds and
interest re-
quirements
of said district,
and that
certain
of said bonds
and accrued
interest are past due:

Section 1. That the several blocks, lots, Y)arcels and other subdi-
visions of reel property within aewer Irnp-rovernent District No. 102, bn-
nex 1, of the ' iffy of Little Bock, - irkansas, be and the same are hereby
assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement district,
as the same now remains in the o fiice of the Oit y Clerk of the Oi ty of
Little z {ock, - Arkansas, and as the saLne may be annii.ally readjusted by the
Board of i�s2wessors and. that 4 per centum of said assessments of the val-
ue o ` benefits of -each of said blocks, lots, parcels ana other subdivi::ions
of real property be paid on January lb, 1945.
erection 2. lghat all ordinances and marts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
