AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY TREASURER OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
17HEREAS, the Treasurer of the City of Little Rock, by
virtue of his office is also treasurer of the Little Rock
Municipal Water Department, and the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer

Department, and
WHEREAS, the operations of these departments are
separate and distinct and impose upon the City Treasurer
separate, distinct -and increasing duties and financial responsi-
bilities, now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Beginning April 10, 1945, the City Treasurer
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas shall be paid a salary of
$225.00 per month, to be paid as follows: $100.00 per month
from the General Revenue Funds of the City of Little Rock,
$100900 per month from the income of the Little Rock Municipal
�yv Water Department, and $25900 per month from the income of the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Department.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances, and
f� all resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of and
after April 10, 1945.
