AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF HONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
PRINCIPAL AND SLAI- ANNUAL INTEREST AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE
MARCH 1ST, 1945, ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
Bands of the City of Little Rook the sums of money as herein recited
for payment of the City's obligations on various bond requirements due
14rch lot, 1945, as follows: "4
AIRPORT, HOSPITAL AND FIATS EQUIPMENT BONDS - 5% SINKING FUND:
Semi- annual Interest $ 9,425.00
Paying Agent's Charges 23.56
Postage Total $ 99449.75
2 *% AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT BONDS (Second Issue) - . AIRPORT BOND FUND:
Maturing Principal $109000.00

SECTION 2. The ]Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the
respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to'make such arrangements as are necessary for the trans-
mittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the due
` data; of March lot, 1945-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in farce
from and after its passage and approval.
