AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 10, 11, and 12, BLOCK 202,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND THE WEST 105 FEET OF LOT
1, AND THE WEST 105 FEET OF.THE NORTH 41.82 FEET OF LOT 2,
N �V.,� BLOCK 191, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASt
SECTION 1. Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 202, Original
City of Little Rook, and the West 105 Feet of Lot 1, and the
West 105 Feet of the North 41.82 feet of Lot 2., Block 191,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as being the in "C Two - family District" under
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, are hereby re -zoned and reclassified as being
in the "D Apartment District ".
SECTION 2. Ordinance No* 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in con-
formity with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance;
said properties described in Section 1 of this Ordinance to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D Apartment
District" under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
