AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3),
BLOCK NINE (9), xlFFEL AND HOLDERS SECOND ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE: ROCK, ARKANSAS; AIDING
ORDINANCE NO. 54209 AS Ate, AND FOR OTMM
PURPOSES;

SECTION 1. Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Block
Nine (9), Riffel and Holders Second Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified ani zoned
as being in the "Commercial District" under Ordinance No.
5420, as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, are hereby rezoned and reclassified as being in the
"Light Industrial District ".
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part "thereof are hereby amended
in sonformity with Section 1 of this ordinance, said preperCy
as described in Section 1 of this ordinance to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "Light Industrial Dis-
trict" under said Ordinance No. 54209 as amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
