AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS TO EXTEND WATER LINES AND INSTALL
TEN (10) FIRE HYDRANTS THEREON.
VdiMREAS, the Little Rock municipal Water Works proposes to
install a twelve inch (1211) water pipe line, beginning at West
7th and Looker Streets, thence south to 8th and Booker Streets; thence
west in 8th to kUis Street; thence south in Allis Street to 9th Street;
thence west in 9th Street to Elm Street; thence north in Elm Street to
ti-�est Capitol Avenue; thence east in West Capitol Avenue, ending at
.Cedar Street.
NpW, TP.EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

Section 1. That the Little Rock Municipal Water Works is hereby
ordered ana directed to install ten (10) fire hydrants connecting same
to the proposed line .at the following locations:

Section 2. That these hydrants are ordered and rates for safae
shall govern as set forth in Section 1, Article 3, of the Trust
Indenture, dated February 1, 1936, and approved by City Ordinance No.
5316, passed February 28, 1936, and as amended by City Ordinance
Trio. 5712, passed March 22, 1939, and as amended by City Ordinance
No. 5914, passed June 10, 1940.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herevoith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict with
this Ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
