R. Gamble, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTI ©N 1. The sum of $320.00 is hereby appropriated out of the General Funds of the City of Little Rook, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to.issue the warrant of the City in the amount named drawn on the fun indicated and payable to the order of R.
