AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT ffITH E. L. BRUCE C0MPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING AN
EASEMENT OVER CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE
12 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 19 The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with E. L. Bruce Company, Incorporated;
Said contract to be known as "obstruction light easement ", said ease-
ment to be for a three -year period and to be across certain lands owned
by E. L• Bruce Company in Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 12 Viest
in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Upon the execution of the easement mentioned in
Section 1 of this ordinance, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to assign said easement to the United States
of America or any instrumentality thereof as the United States of
America or representatives thereof may request.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
