AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $700.00 TO MARVIN POTTS TO COVER HIS
EXPENSE OF ATTENDANCE AT A POLICE TRAINING SCHOOL, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT OtDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $700.00 is hereby appropriated out
of the general funds of the City of Little Rock for payment to
Marvin Potts. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the warrant of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, in the amount named, drawn on the fund indicated, payable
to Marvin Potts.
SECTION 2. The money appropriated in Section 1 shall be
an advance to Marvin Potts, to cover the expense of his attendance
at a Police Training School conducted by the Federal Bureau of
Investigation.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from arkd after its passage.
