A' ENDING ORDIIIANCl; ITO. 5420 AS MENDED, AND FOR OTHER PU3POSES .
' HEAEAS, The City Council enacted Ordinance No. 6803 in order to
reclassify certain said property in Lot 3, Block 2, Natkins Addition
to the City of Little kock, Arkansas, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance ro. 6803 erroneously described the
property to be reclassified, and
nHEr:1AS, this has caused some confusion that should be corrected,
now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY: CJUNCIL OF LITTLE LJCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIONN 1. Ordinance ho. 6803 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little hock, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. The South one -third of the Northwest quarter of
Lot 3, and the .North one -third of the Southwest quarter of Lot 3,
all in Block 2, ' atkins Addition to the City of Little Aock, Arkansas,
are hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in the "I Light In-
dustrial" District.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
•Little Ttock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made
a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions
of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties described as being in
the "I Light Industrial" District under said Ordinance Ao. 542J as
amended.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
