AMENDING ORDINANCE IiO. 5420, AS A:,IEIDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C07VCIL OF LITT LV POCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. All that portion of Block Forty -two (42) ,
Bragg's Second Addition, west of the alley and north of Roosevelt
Drive, which property is in size 192 feet east and west by 175
feet north and south, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as being in the "B residential Districtit
under Ordinance Jo. 5420, as amended, of the ordinances of the City
of Littlehock, is hereby rezoned and reclassified as being in the
"III LQht Industrial District''.
SECTION 2. Ordinance Ito. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little ;pock, as amended, and the zoning man attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended in conformity with Section
1 of this ordinance to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "III Light Industrial District" under said Ordinance No.
5420, as amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
