BETWEEN THE WEST LINE OF LOT SEM (1) BLOCK TEff (10) , CLINTON PARK
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND THE EAST LINES OF
LOTS NINE (9) TO THIRTEEN (13), INCLUSIVE, BLOCK TEN (10), CLINTON
PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL] .ROQK;
ARKANSAS:
N EAS, a Petition was duly filed With the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th day of August,
1945, asking the City Council to vacate and abandon all that
portion of the alley designated on the Plat of Clinton Park Ad=
dition to the City of Little Rock, now appearing of record in
Plat Book Two (2) at page four (4), in the office of the Record-
er of Pulaski County;-
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Council
has, at the time and place mentioned in the Notice, heard all
persons desiring to be heard on. the question, and has aseer tained
that the alley hereinafter described, has heretofore been.dedi-
cated to the public use as an alley as herein'described; that it
has not been actually used by the public generally for a,period
of at least five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the Plat;
that all the owners of property abutting upon the portion of the
alley to be vacated have filed with the Council their written
consent to such abandonment; and that public interest and welfare.
will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such alley;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY :AF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas
hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights,
together with the rights.of the public generally, in
and to the alleys designated as follows:
"The twenty (20) foot, alley platted between
.the south line.of the Southern Cotton Oil Co.
properties in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and the North lineof Block Ten (10), Clinton
Park Addition to the City of Little.Rock, Ark -
ansap,and a twenty (20) foot alley platted
between the west line of Lot Seven (7) Block

Ten (10), Clinton Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the east lines
of Lots Nine (9) to Thirteen (13), inclusive,
Block Ten (10)9 Clinton Park Addition to the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas.
