AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR THE STREET DEPARTIdENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase in the manner provided by
law, the following equipment for the Street Department:
1. 1 truck chassis, long wheel
base type in the minimum
gross vehicle weight class
of 14,500 pounds, suitable
for use by the Street Depart-
ment.
2. 1 1200 gallon, 3 nozzle
street flusher complete, semi -
streamlined and skirted to hub
of axle with storru sewer clean-
ing attachment.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
