BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCH, ARI AIdSAS:
SECTION 1. There is herebor appropriated out of the Fire
Department Construction Fund the sum of �1, 943.83, and there is
hereby appropriated out of the General Funds of the City of Little
Rock, the sum of 35,051.33, said ariounts to be paid to G. W. 11ay
Construction Company as payment of the requisition for the second
payment on the Fire Station at 22nd and Peyton street s, and the
Mayor and City Clerk arc hereby authorized and directed to issue the
vTarrant of the City, drawn on the Funds named in the amounts in-
dicated to the said G. ';. lay Construction Company.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund the sum of y167.88 and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the '- arrant of the City, drawn on the General
Funds of tiie Citif in the said amount payable to H. Aay Burks, to
be applied on the architects fee due him for services rendered in
construction of Fire Station mentioned in Section 1.
SECTIJI,T 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
