AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 7, BLOCK B, WINSLOW SUB- DIVISION OF
VAN CE' S ADDITION to the CITY OF LI I TLE ROCK, AMENDING G ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTEHIR PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.Lot 7, Block B, Winslow Sub - Division of Vance's
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified from the "Ca two - family District, and placed in
the "DM Apartment District, under the terms of Ordinance No. 542.0
as amended, of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5,0ZO of the ordinances of the
City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached there-
to and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with
the provisions of Section / of this ordinance; said properties
described in Section I of this ordinance to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District under said
Ordinance No. 4 O as amended.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after i s passage.
