HomeMy WebLinkAbout6827OnDINAiiCE N0. 6827 AN OiiDINANCE TO VACATE, AND ABANDON A CERTAII4 �iLLEY IN BLOCK 10, POPE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, ': hereas,a petition was duly filed with the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 27th day of AuMust, 1445 asfing the City Council to vacate and abandon all that portion designated on the plat of Pope's addition to the said city, now appearing on record in Plat Book HHH Page '?� in the office of the recorder of Pulaski County extending from south to north through the south half of Block 10, Pope's additiori_-to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and lg rig ' �< cc^ Lots 1,2,3, 10, 11, 12, in said block.
