AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING To J. RICE, DOING BUSINESS
AS, %EST NINTH CAB COMPANY TO OBTAIN A ?ERMIT THERE-
FOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSLS.
Whereas, T. J. Rice, has properly presented
his petition to the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, for a permit to engage in the business
of the operation of motor - driven taxicabs over and upon
the public ways and streets of the City of Little Rock,
and,
whereas, the said T. J. Rice, has presented
adequate and sufficient proof that he should be granted
said permit, now therefore;
BIL IT ORDAINED BY TEL, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby grants to
T. J. Rice, doing business as, West Ninth Cab Company,
permission to engage in the business of the operation of
motor - driven taxicabs over and upon the public ways and
streets of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the City
Collector is hereby ordered and directed to issue such
permit to the said T. J. Rice, doing business as, ',pest
Ninth Cab Company, upon his compliance with any and all
of the laws of the State of Arkansas and the ordinances
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION Z. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
