AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ARCHIE LEWIS DOING BUSINESS AS THE 5412
TAXI CAB COMPANY TO OBTAIN A PERMIT THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Archie Lewis, doing business as the 5412 Taxi Cab
Company, presented to the City Council adequate proof that he should
be permitted at this time to operate a Taxi Cab business within the
City -of Lktt;e Rock, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby grants to Archie Lewis,
F doing business as the 5412 Taxi Cab Company, permission at this
time, to operate a Taxi Cab business within the City of Little Rook,
and the City Collector is hereby instructed to issue an appropriate
permit to the said Archie Lewis, when and if the said Archie Lewis
complies with any and all governing State Statutes and City Ordi-
nanoes.
SECTION 2. Nothing in this ordinance shall be oonstrued to
grant to the said Archie Lewis a monopoly or an irrevocable permit

times, comply with any State Statutes or City Ordinances, as the
same may be now or hereafter enaoted.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
