AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN REPAIRS TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT ROOM,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs-is hereby authorized
and directed to employ an architect to prepare plans and specifica-
tions and to let a contract for the following improvements and /or
repairs to the Municipal Court room in the City Hall, as Pollcwa:
First, to provide facilities for the segregation of white
persons and negro persons who may be defendants in the Criminal
Division of the Little Rook Municipal Court.
Second, to make such changes in the Court room as may be
necessary to improve the aooustical.qualities.
Third, to repair and renovate said Court room generally.
SECTION 29 The total expenditure authorized under this Ordi-
nance shall not exceed #40009009
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
