AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF TWO GARBAGE TRUCKS
FOR USE BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1.. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase in the manner prescribed
by law, for the use of the Sanitation Department, the following
items
Two (2) Garbage Trucks with Packer Ty19
Closed Garbage Beds, and Chassis.
SECTION 29 This Ordinance shall be in full effect from
and after its passage.
