CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES. _ -- -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Lot 7 of Block 5 of Ferndale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and placed in the "I light industrial*
District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended,
of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the'ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of
this ordinance, said properties described as being in the
"B residenceP district under said Ordinance No. 5420, as
amended.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
