AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 9, BLOCK 283, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Lot 9, Block 283, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as tieing in the "Cu
Two Family District under Ordinance No. 51,20 as amended, of the
Orditaaaces of the City of Little Rock, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with
the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said property
described in Section 1 of this Ordinance is to be hereafter known
and classified as being.in "F" Commercial District under said
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
Section 3. The yard space requirements as provided for "F"
Commercial District under Ordinance No.. 5420 as amended is hereby
waived as to the East 100 feet �f Lots 7 and 8. Block 283, Orig-
inal City of Little Rock, now classified "F" Commercial District,
and the East 100 feet of Lot 9, Block 283, Original City of Little
Rock, herein reclassified as "F" Commercial District, so as to
permit the construction of a building 501 a 1301 with a setback
of 10 feet from 14th Street with provision for an off - street
parking area on the East side of said building.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
