AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF W2NWINEJSEJ SEC. 9- 1N -12W, PULASKI
COUNTY, AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 30 FEET THENCE EAST 25 FEET TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 210 FEET, THENCE EAST 140 FEET,
THENCE NORTH 210 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF WRIGHT AVENUE,. THENCE
WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF WRIGHT AVENUE 140 FEET TO Tt POINT

:,AMENDING ORDINANCE -'No. 5420 AS AMENDED,:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A parcel of land described as: Begin at the
Northwest corner of W2NWJNEJSEJ Sec. 9- IN -12W, Pulaski County,
and run thence South 30 feet thence East 25 feet to the point
of beginning, thence South 210 feet, thence East 140 feet, thence
North 210 feet to the South line of Wright Avenue, thence West
along the South line of Wright Avenue 140 feet to the point of
beginning, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed 'in the
1F Commercial" District with waiver of yard requirements under'-
the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 qs amended, of the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with t1B
provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties ' described
as being in the "F Commercial" District with waiver of yard re quire
under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
