BB IT ORDAIBED BY THD CITY CUMIL 07 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Nest 45 feet of the East 90 feet of Lots
4, 5 and 6, Block 22, Weldon E. Wright's Addition to Little Rock,
Arkansas are hereby re -zoned and re- classified from the present "C
2- 1family District" to that of rF Commercial District" so as to per-
nit the construction of a building on the rear of said lots for use
as a Beanty Shop employing one operator.
Section 2. Ordinance So. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little lock, Arkansas, as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
`rith the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance to be hereafter
knovn and classified as being in the "I Commercial District" under
saiS 0xdiaamoe No. 5M as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
