All ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WFST ONE -THILb
OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 30, WRIGHT'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: AID, ?ENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AI:IENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The blest One - Third ( "vl/3) of
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 30, 71right's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and placed in the "F- Commercial" District
under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of
the Ordinances of the City of Little I:ock.
SECTION 29 Ordinance.No. 5420 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1
of this Ordinance; said properties described as being
in 'he "F- Commercial" District under said Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
